The hotel rooms were very clean. The bathroom had good products and was quiet. I appreciated the good room size I had. The staff was courteous and very helpful .

The elevator wait times were sometimes long.

The hotel's location provided easy access to shimbashi station. It was a short walk to many local restaurants, Ginza, Hibiya Park, AND the Imperial Palace grounds. Transportation was convenient with the train station nearby.

The hotel maintained cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms included quality towels, bathrobes, and slippers. Two types of pillows, memory foam and duck and feather, were available in my room.

The staff were polite and smiling, always greeting guests. They demonstrated attention to detail and worked hard. I felt welcomed and valued upon my arrival. Everyone tried to assist me.

I LOVED this hotel!!! It is steps from Shimbashi station. The room was much larger than other rooms I've seen. The bathroom was really big. It had both a bathtub and a separate shower, which I really appreciate!!!

The location was great. It was near Shimbashi Station, SO accessing transportation was easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, and the bathroom was spacious.

My experience had some downsides. I found the pillows uncomfortable. The breakfast options were limited. They did not offer MUCH variety. The laundry service was also disappointing. Some of my clothes returned still dirty.

the premier rooms offer excellent perks. the clubroom seems amazing. the staff are friendly especially in the cloakroom and the concierge helps a lot. the room had clean spacious space. i liked the location close to the subway. the hotel is walkable to ginza it is only two stops from the train station. the breakfast include much diversity for cultures. i found very easy access to transportations. many restaurants are within the complex.

i found no exhaust fan inside my bathroom therefore it becomes steamy when showering.
